We don’t want you to pay for anything that you don’t need, so every install is quoted individually after an on-site assessment. The project ranges below are typical, but the scope of your project could come in below or above these ranges.

Typical range: $7,500 to $20,000

Cameras, video switcher, encoder, streaming platform setup, audio embed, and training.

Starting at ~$5,000

Typical range: $5,000 to $15,000

New speakers, mixer, and mics for smaller rooms (up to about 150 seats). Includes design, gear, install, tuning, and training.

Typical range: $15,000 to $30,000

New equipment for medium rooms (150 to 400 seats). Includes design, gear, install, tuning, and training.

These rates apply to diagnostic work, work beyond the scope of an original project, and for one-off help that doesn’t fit into one of our fixed-price packages.
